I hold transformational spaces for women to return home to their wildest and radiant selves through yoga nidra, reiki, women’s circles and coaching.
Community is the heartbeat of Ishka Wellness. I lived nomadically & solo- travelled for 3 years and during that time, I realised that it was community that pulled me towards the places that I lived in. It was the authentic connection that I found there that enriched my experience and made me come alive like nothing else. I believe that we need an aligned & intentional community to thrive, nourish our spirit and dare us to rise into the woman we were born to be.
