A 5- week journey to feel lighter, happier and more flexible!

Start your new era with a whole woman, inner- sparkle activating and deeply nourishing yoga experience.

Over 5 weeks, each class combines a fun & feminine Slow Flow Yoga, designed to gently build strength and flexibility whilst meeting you exactly where you are at. Followed by a relaxing and nurturing Yoga Nidra to feel lit up from the inside out.

Here, we believe in running on your own timing and rush energy = yuck energy so you are encouraged to go at your own pace & rhythm, whatever feels right for you.

You will leave the space feeling more grounded, rejuvenated, connected to yourself and with your inner-sparkle shining bright!

Beginner’s Yoga Course

Starting: Tuesday 19th May until Tuesday 16th June*

(x1 class for 5 weeks)

Time: 6-7:20pm

Location: Chetwynd Deer Park, Newport

Investment: £80 total (pay in full or 2 installments)

Suitable for complete beginners & those who haven’t practiced in a while or don’t practice regularly.

*please note that on the 4th week, it will be Wed 10th June instead of Tues 9th June- same time!
