Return to Rest
A 4-week Yoga Nidra journey for better sleep & deep, nourishing rest.
A nurturing yoga nidra journey intentionally curated for you to soften into rest, receive deep relaxation and truly restorative sleep.
My intention for you is that by the end of the 4 weeks, you feel restored, rejuvenated and uplifted, with a sense of inner calm and peace.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Nidra means “sleep” in Sanskrit.
Yoga Nidra is a gentle, guided meditative practice rooted in ancient tantric traditions. It relaxes and rejuvenates your body while awakening a sense of inner clarity and calm.
This practice helps you release tension, restore balance and enjoy nourishing sleep that leaves you feeling energised and uplifted in the morning!
No movement or previous experience is required. Simply lie back, listen and be guided into deep rest.
Soften into deep rest and wake up feeling energised and inspired.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll be guided through gentle, nourishing yoga nidra practices that help your body relax more easily and your sleep become truly restorative.
Each week is inspired by the elements of nature to guide you through creative visualisations that sparks your inner joy and calm.
This is for you if you’re ready to:
Wake up refreshed & revitalised
Cultivate a sense of calm, clarity and grounded energy that amplifies each week
Be excited & uplifted by life
Be well-rested & deeply nourished from within
Feel supported, held and nurtured.
