House of Nectar Terms and Conditions

Membership Access

  1. The membership entitles you full access to the House of Nectar- including The Library, The Lounge, The Nectar Lab, The Nectar Temple and The Kitchen Table.

  2. Contract & Payment

  3. The membership has a 3 month minimum contract with an automatic payment agreement. By purchasing the membership, you agree to subscribe and commit to 3 months of House of Nectar.

  4. After the initial 3 month period, the membership will move to a rolling contract. This means that your membership will continue until you cancel.

  5. Once on the rolling contract, you may cancel at any time before the next payment is due. If you don’t cancel before the next payment is taken from your account, you will not be refunded.

  • The membership fee is £33.00 a month or £355 for 12 months when in paid in full.

  • If paying monthly, the payment of £33.00 will be automatically deducted on the same date each month as your initial subscription.

  • Payments must be made in advance. Once the payment is processed, your access to House of Nectar will begin within 24 hours.

  • Should a monthly payment fail, you will be contacted. Failed payments must be resolved within 3 days. A late payment fee of £10 per day may apply until resolved.

  • Refund and Cancellation

  • There are no refunds. I see this contract as a commitment to yourself and an investment in your health and wellbeing.

  • The cancel anytime option allows you to cancel anytime after the initial 3 month commitment and before the next due payment incurs. I cannot offer you refunds.

  • If you decide to cancel, your membership will stay active as long as that current period of your last payment, then once it has completed, you will no longer have access to any of the resources.

  • Nature of the space

  • House of Nectar is a supportive group space for women to grow, flourish, thrive, be in their fullest expression and reconnect to their innate radiant nature in the power of community.

  • House of Nectar is not to be used as a substitute for any kind of therapy or professional advice and members are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance for mental, medical, legal, or other specialized matters.

  • While the Space Holder may offer guidance, teaching, or group coaching-style facilitation, House of Nectar is not primarily a coaching space, and no dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions are included. Members seeking structured coaching support should refer to separate coaching offerings.

  • You take responsibility for creating and implementing your own physical, mental, emotional & spiritual decisions, actions, choices and results.

  • Community and Conduct

  • You agree to keep all information shared by any of the participants (the other women) inside the Women’s Circle (The Kitchen Table), The Lounge and The Nectar Temple in House of Nectar private and confidential, unless you gain the consent of the woman prior.

  • You understand that the Space Holder (Hayley Blakemore) reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately and without refund if your behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or emotional integrity of any member, or disrupts the supportive and respectful environment of House of Nectar. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, racism or conduct that causes harm or distress to others. The decision to terminate a membership will be made at the sole discretion of the Space Holder to uphold the integrity and safety of the community.

  • You agree to respect the intellectual property of the Space Holder (Hayley Blakemore) including all resources and recordings provided by Hayley Blakemore as part of this membership and/or any other resources provided by Ishka Wellness and will not share the practices without written permission.

  • You agree to the General Terms and Conditions aswell as House of Nectar Membership Terms and Conditions.
