A lying down, gentle, guided, deep meditative practice that relaxes and rejuvenates your body whilst awakening inner clarity, feelings of joy & filling you with love. No movement required.

What is Reiki?

It’s a gentle, healing and loving energy practice that nurtures, relaxes and restores you. You don’t have to do anything other than simply receive.

No experience needed and beginner-friendly.

Align yourself with the beautiful, fresh and energising season of Spring.

On the day of the Spring Equinox, when light and dark are held in equal measure, we’ll come together to align with the prosperous, fertile and renewing energy this turning point brings.

A gentle shift toward the light, after the stillness of winter.

Spring is the season when seeds begin to root, seedlings emerge, animals wake from hibernation, the days stretch longer, and energy moves from inward reflection to outward growth.

This event is for you if you’re ready to:

  • Embrace new beginnings

  • Feel more forward-looking and excited for your future visions

  • Step into the next season with clarity and lightness

This is a space to feel grounded, supported, and gently energised as you welcome the season ahead.

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?

1

I have a limited number of mats, blankets and cushions for you to use so if you do have your own, please bring them. You may feel more cosy and comfortable with your own blanket. Eye mask is optional but allows you to sink in deeper to the yoga nidra.

I am a beginner to yoga nidra and reiki is this ok?

2

Absolutely! These modalities are very beginner-friendly and no movement is involved. Will require you to lie down. Come as you are.

Comfy clothes are best- no yoga clothes are necessary.

Is there free parking?

Yes! Opposite the Cosy Hall, there are two free car parks- nearest is Water Lane Car Park and just a little further up the road is Victoria Park Car Park.
