Inside House of Nectar, we are reimagining what it means for women to connect and rise together.
This is a movement of heart-led women who are done with surface- level spaces and having to explain themselves to others who don’t get it.
Together, we are remembering what it’s like to have genuine connection, to gather as women, share devotion, feel our own yumminess, and witness others in theirs, be seen and truly heard, laugh and cry and rage and rejoice with each other and not only celebrate each other’s wins and hold each other but also dare each other to take up all the space that they can, and then some.
Each woman contributes her own wisdom, light and energy that nourishes the whole community and amplifies the radiance of every sister within the House, and return she receives nourishment from everyone else.

Hi, I’m Hayley…
Yoga Nidra Guide, Reiki Healer, Women’s Circle Facilitator & Mentor.
I‘m going to take you back to 2021, it was a huge & pivotal year for me. It was the year that my life turned upside. I experienced massive burn out from a stagnant nursing career and heartbreak. It was also the best thing ever. It was the year where I chose myself. I became a yoga teacher, I lived nomadically around Latin America, I found soulful community, was introduced to women’s circles, and I truly started loving myself.
Since then, my passion for gathering women together, so that we can walk side by side whilst we lead ourselves home, has grown bigger than I could have ever imagined and has become the core of everything that I do. It’s my soul’s calling.
I want every women to feel free, to be so attuned with her intuition that she never questions it, live in her sovereignty, and shines her inner radiance so brightly that it could light up the world.
This isn’t about finding anything or fixing yourself. This is about remembering and returning.
