What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga nidra is a homecoming to your body and the deepest parts of you, on a cellular level. Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep in Sanskrit, a deep meditative practice rooted in ancient tantric practices that deeply relaxes and rejuvenates you whilst awakening the higher mind. It has the power to get you out of your mind and into your body, rewire the brain and shift stuck energy. It is life-giving and sparks creative energy but most of all, it brings you back to love.
